About the event
2026 marks the centenary of the Museo Villa Puccini and 100 years since Turandot, the Maestro's last great challenge. The Fondazione Simonetta Puccini invites visitors to a calendar of events held within the walls of the historic house and in the modern acoustics of the Auditorium.
The 2026 programme covers music, art and curiosities. It includes a series of talks, "Intorno a Turandot", exploring the opera; a music marathon on 16 May, when Puccini's original pianos will sound again from 18:00 to midnight; afternoons of "Conversazioni d'Opera" devoted to the Maestro's masterpieces; and, on 29 November, a gathering of voices to mark the anniversary of his death and the 100 years of the Villa Museo.
The events are meant for seasoned opera lovers and the simply curious alike, as a chance to discover the man behind the genius.
